😋Parsnip curried fritters 😋
Probably one of my favorite sweet recipes I have developed so far. This blueberry and white chocolate cheesecake is definitely a crowd pleaser and will satisfy even the pickiest eater. A delicious buttery base topped with a decadent white chocolate and blueberry filling balanced with some lemon. It takes only 30 minutes to make and the only hard part is the 24 hour wait while the cheesecakes sets and all the beautiful flavors are absorbed. If you would like to know the full recipe, please leave me a comment and I will post it in the blog.
Today I’m sharing with you my delicious heartwarming lunch that just came in perfectly in this snowy day. This soup with roasted veggies is just the perfect treat for those lazy days when you crave something cozy, but spending loads of time cooking is the least you want to do.

Part of the full video I did with @jamesonbg. Thank you @questioningemma once again for inviting me to be apart of your new and really inspiring project. Thank you also for giving me the chance to showcase what I love the most and allowing me to do it my way while cooking, making cocktails and gathering people together. If you wanna see the full video where I share more about my biggest love - food, check @jamesonbg IGTV.
This girl finally decided to do something that she didn’t have the courage and confidence for for a long time. The final product is my first YouTube video, which is a fact thanks to the lovely team at @goguide_bulgaria, @chriszahariev and mainly to the person who actually trusted me in the first place @cveku. If you want to see my funny face on camera making my favorite holiday treat, the link is in my bio. The recipe I’m sharing with you is a spin on the traditional apple strudel to which I’ve added some orange mascarpone cream. To spice things up a bit more, I’m also sharing a zero waste cocktail recipe because it’s the holiday season and a little booze never hurt nobody.
